For orders totaling less than €149.00, the shipping cost will be displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your order.

International Shipping

We can also ship to certain countries abroad.

Delivery methods, countries served, and the associated shipping costs are determined during the checkout process and are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is finalized, based on the destination and the terms and conditions applied by the shipping service provider.

Shipping Management

Changing the Shipping Address

Once the order has been sent to the shipping carrier, it is generally not possible to change the shipping address.

Any costs resulting from an incorrect address, a failed delivery attributable to the customer, or a subsequent request for redelivery may be charged to the customer.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the website are in euros and, unless otherwise indicated, include VAT.

To ensure prompt processing of the report, we may request photographic documentation of the packaging and the damaged products.

Right of Withdrawal

For online purchases, the consumer has the right, in the cases provided for by law, to cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery of the products, without having to provide any reason.
