Founded in 1960 by the passion of ten growers deeply tied to the land, the cooperative has been able to enhance and renew the winemaking heritage of the Sicans, Phoenicians, Elymians, Arabs and Normans, peoples who have enriched these lands over the centuries.

the grape harvest

and its secrets
The vineyards fill with men and women who, after a year of waiting, share the unique moment of the harvest. The grapes are cut by hand, as they once were, and carefully placed in small crates to preserve the integrity of the berries and skins. Between the rows there is toil and smiles because the vintner's job is demanding but rewarding. In the winery, boxes full of grapes await to begin the selection of the best berries destined for vinification.

The selection of noble grapes, the search for the right degree of freshness and moisture combined with the passage of time, old secrets handed down by local winemakers and state-of-the-art processing techniques give life to our wines of the highest quality. Bunch after bunch, all our grapes are overseen by our expert winemakers who scrupulously follow their vinification and aging before giving them a long, exciting life in the bottle.
